Manager - A technical degree with at least 5 yrs. of industry experience.
To assist in developing sales strategies, drawing up business plans,
executing promotions & market development activities and building
a positive image of the company. The candidate should be graduate
(preferably in engineering), with excellent communication skill,
in addition familiar with latest software technologies.
Project Manager - Minimum 5 yrs of experience in the related fields.
Handled large projects focused around Microsoft and Java based web
technologies. Strong project management and leadership skills.
Sales Professional - A technical degree with atleast 3 yrs of industry
experience. Sales position requires individuals with a proven track
record of selling high value IT software solutions. Excellent communication,
written and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently
and in a team.
Prerequisites: Minimum 2 yrs of experience in client / server (preferably
in business environment) using e-commerce, Internet, Intranet related
technologies such as: ASP, COM/DCOM, HTML, DHTML, XML, VB, C++,
VC++, Java, Java Beans, Java Script, CORBA, JDK, ActiveX, Oracle,
PL/SQL, SQLSVR, Broadvision, Siebel, Oracle DBA. (Experience to
any 3 technologies is preferred) Degree Required. (B.E, B.Tech,
MCA, MBA-MIS/IT) Excellent communication skills US experience is
a major plus.
